The Kegler’s Cash Contest and Sweepstakes for existing bowling centers is sponsored by Kegler’s Cash, 4018 Kemp Blvd, Suite F, Wichita Falls, TX, 76308.

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION:

Any bowling center entering the contest/sweepstakes should carefully review all information below regarding eligibility rules, participation requirements, prize details, and how prizes will be awarded. All entrants must provide all information listed on the entry form to be eligible.

The requirements outlined in these Official Rules cannot be waived or altered except by the Sponsor. If Sponsor determines at any point that an entrant, finalist, or prize winner is ineligible, they reserve the right to disqualify them and select an alternate. All decisions regarding eligibility or ineligibility are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

This contest is open to all bowling centers currently running Kegler’s Cash and consistently submitting payments for months in which profits were generated. Centers must also continue submitting payments during the contest/sweepstakes period. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

- Complete the entry form included in the promotional mailing.

- Check the box agreeing to the terms and these Official Rules.

- Include a copy of your league schedule, detailing league names and the number of teams or bowlers.

- Submit the entry within 30 days of receiving the promotional offer.

Entries must comply with these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per bowling center. By submitting an entry, entrants affirm that all provided information is current, truthful, and complete. Any entrant providing incomplete or false information may be disqualified. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules and accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding.

4. GENERAL RULES:

- Open to existing centers currently offering Kegler’s Cash.

- Centers must sign up within 30 days of receiving the promotional offer.

- Entrants must provide a league schedule that includes the names of leagues and the number of teams or bowlers.

- The number of league bowlers is determined based on the maximum possible bowlers per league, excluding substitutes or extra bowlers.

- Centers must forward a copy of the general ledger sheet and Kegler’s share of profits to the payment center no later than the 15th of the month following league play.

- Each center may only win one prize per contest entry each year.

- Centers increasing total profits by 20% over the same period in the previous year will be entered into a random drawing for three prizes.

- Centers increasing total profits by 35% or 50% over the same period in the previous year will qualify for an increased profit percentage of 5% or 10%, respectively, for future operations. No center’s profit percentage may exceed 75%.

- The center with the highest percentage profit increase over the prior year will be named the grand prize winner.

- The grand prize winner is guaranteed a prize, including a television and additional awards for bowlers.

5. PRIZES:

- Random Drawing Prizes: Three (3) 50” 1080i plasma televisions will be awarded via random drawing to centers that increase profits by at least 20%.

- Grand Prize: One (1) 50” 1080i plasma television will be awarded to the center with the highest profit percentage increase. Additionally, the grand prize winner will receive four (4) $150 checks to be distributed to bowlers in their center (randomly or by other means).

- Centers increasing profits by 35% or 50% over the previous year will earn a 5% or 10% increase in their profit percentage for future operations.

Winning centers may choose to receive $750 cash instead of the television.

6. PRIZE WINNER SELECTION:

- Random drawing winners will be selected from centers that increase their profits by 20% or more during the contest period.

- The grand prize winner will be determined based on the highest percentage profit increase during the contest period.

- Centers meeting the 35% or 50% profit increase thresholds will also receive increased profit percentages as outlined in the rules.

7. PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be notified by phone, fax, or email using the contact information provided with their entry. By accepting a prize, winners release Kegler’s Cash from any liability or issues related to the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

8. DISPUTES:

All disputes must be resolved individually in state or federal courts located in Texas. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree that disputes will be governed by Texas law.

9. NO WARRANTIES:

The Sponsor does not provide warranties for any prizes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The Sponsor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance of prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of all participants.
